Cotton Bale Wire (tying wire for bales) are suitable for both hand tying and automatic tying systems. It is also known as baling ties. Bales tie wire can be supplied in continuous coils or in single looped or double looped wire forms. The big coiled baling wire has continuous length for work efficiency improving and increasing productivity. The looped tie is used for easy handling.

Materials for making of bale wire ties: Galvanized steel wire or black annealed wire.
The standard package for bale wires is a master bundle (700 kg nominal weight) made up of 20 kg sub bundles. This package is wrapped in hessian.
