- The crop season of menma is August and September and fields concentrate in Fujian province. Some factories in Zhejiang province process the material from Fujian, and some buy semi-finished products from Fujian and repack in their own factories. There are also some materials from Guangdong province, however the quality in Fujian is better.
- The characteristic of Menma is bigger than Menzong bamboo shoots. Menma tastes sweet and delicious, having abundant nutrition elements. So menma is called as the king of bamboo shoots. It is a kind of organic food with high protein, high fiber and low fat. Each year our company can supply 300-500mt in vacuum packages, as well as material cans in 3000kg and 18L.
