The status control setting
The status control setting controls the self-automatically running. This machine has the wire run out or break alarm function,protector open alarm and stop function,cable run out or break down alarm function,wrapping tapes run out and break down alarm function,the lowlubricating oil level alarm and stop function. These function can be set at automatic or non-automatic on the touch screen.the braided length and the running time can be cleared by the screen .to avoid mistake , 5second later it can be made into effect.
The parameter settings
The braided length can be set here.anytime finished it will stop. This machine applied the single disk drawing,the length is measured by the drawing rotate speed. In order to obtain more accurate weavinglength, the machine requires the user toenter the actual weaving when using the diameter, the computer will automatically translate dan accuratemeter length.This what the machine different from the other kinds of high speed braider.When operating, numbers will be out of touch with the shadow of a similar calculator keypad,type the value that you need through the keyboard.
