Features
The above-mentioned series motor adopts steel plate structure for hosing with the features of rigidity, good appearance and effective cooling result. Thanks to special design in the aspect of technology, the series motor is enabled with the performances of high torque and high over-load, and is suitable for driving various conveyors for coal mining working field. The motor uses water cooling structure. The flame-proof 3-phase asynchronous motor designed by our company for high power conveyor takes water cycling system for cooling structure to effectively resolve the problems of high temperature rising and poor reliability of a high power motor, and realizes the targets of low noise, low temperature rising, low vibration, high efficiency, so that the motor structure is more compact and solid to facilitate coal mining in the field.

The series product is designed and manufactured based on the national standard and the standard of Ministry of Coal Industry such as GB 3836.1\GB 3836.2\GB 3836.3\MT/T 478\MT/T249 as well as the other explosion-proof motor standards.
