The beneficiation of alluvial tin is similar to that of placer gold ore separation. rotary screen is usually needed to screen while jigger is used as gravity seoaration machine and shaling table is used as fine separation machine. The most importatn gravity separation equipment is jig separator.



Tin content in alluvial tin ore is low and large treatment capacity and high recovery rate will be needed to extract tin from alluvial tin ore. And this requires detailed comparason when designing flow sheet and allocating the beneficiation equipment. Blocks without tin element in the alluvial ore will be removed by, vibtating screen and this meet the need of feeding size for jig concentrator and improves the efficiency of the whole processing line. For -5mm size ore, there is no need screening because jigger can deal with materila of -5mm. The detailed flow sheet needs to be allocated according to specific situation. eg. for alluvial tin ore with a lot of mud, a log washer can be needed  at the right beginning.


The jigger for tin separation is usually the trapezoidal jig separator. It has four jigging slots and eight jigging chambers. Strok eand stroke frequency of each slot can be adjusted independently, so this jigger has four different jigging system to recover coarse, medium and fine ores with its high upgrading efficiency. The jigger distance is 3.6m, the longest distance for jigging, so the recovery rate is the highest among kinds of jiggers. As biggest jigging area jig separator, 2LTC6109/8T trapezoidal jigger has a jigging area of 5.76 SQM with its largest treatment capacity. This trapezoidal jigger is the ideal jig separator for tin separator with all advantages.


The beneficiation of tin is mainly gravity separation with jiggers as rough separation machine with large handling capacity and high recovery rate. It can recover tin of different size with its great beneficiation efficiency as tin separation machines.

LTA1010/2 jig machines belong to double rooms under single plug-fuse type. They exploits water as medium, and separate the concentrate from teh gangue or the waste according to the density differences of different materials.

Working principle:
LTA1010/2 jiggers are the down-moving tri-rooms jigger. It transmits by the pulley of the eccentric shaft driven by the motor.The eccentric shaft bear form decentraction motion after the adjustment of the adjustment device and the connection rod will be driven to do the alternating movement. The other end of the connecting rod is fixed on the moving shaft of the moving frame. There is a supporting point connecting to the rack section in the center of the moving frame, so the moving frame will be driven to do the up-down alternating motion focusing on the supporting point. The down-centrum fixed on the moving frame move up-down alternatively passively to press the water flow in the case to product waves and the waving water flow through the screen will dash the bed medium and the ore to do parabola motion. The ore will be fed at the feeding port, and the ore will drop in different speed to separate naturally. The ore with small density will be discharged out of the machine as a result of the water flow while the ore with big density will go through the bed medium to enter the down-centrum and will be discharged from the concentrate discharging port to finish the jigging beneficiation.
