Single of multi-wire conductors of plain copper wires, PVC core insulation, cores twice concentrically according to VDE 0293, common core sheathing, outer sheath of PVC standard colour black, flame retardant.

Application:
NYY cables are an economical solution to power and control wiring where mechanical protection is not required. Used both indoor and outdoor these cables are suitable for direct burial or through ducts, local regulations permitting. Originating in Germany they are now popular in many parts of the world where cost, weight and size savings through not having an armour can offer many benefits. They are also easy to gland and terminate and require less containment.
