Description
 
Digital dye-sublimation transfer printing enumerate the images through using digital camera or scanner and professional library, make colorful and hierarchy imagines required by computer image processing and design, then printing the imagine designed on the paper by inkjet printer with sublimation ink, and heat up the paper with printed paper on by Digital Baking Cup Machine,hotplate machines or Roast printing machine, after few minutes, the imagine will transfer on souvenir like china, t-shirt and so on.

USE: This product can effectively solve the transfer printing fabric and transfer paper due to the shift arising from ghosting, distortion and other issues, suitable for relatively large elastic fabric, improve the transfer

 

USAGE

1. with sublimation ink print the pattern on the product, let it dry.

2. will be printed on good paper pattern to prepare the transfer of the cloth (print side cloth), with a flat or roller pressing machine Pressing, Pressing temperature 210 to 215 degrees Celsius (mean hot plate or hot roll surface temperature) , for 15 to 25 seconds, then the fabric will stick with the paper, let it cool slightly after tearing paper, the pattern that is transferred to the fabric

 

 

NOTE

 

1, the transfer, please is sure to let the ink to dry.

2,  do not place the product pre-transfer prolonged exposure to high temperatures, as this may lead to a sharp decline sticky.

3, the product at different temperature and humidity environment will change tack, such as viscosity is too large, you can Pressing wait 3 to 5 minutes or longer to let it cool before tearing.

4, the product can be widely used in various chemical fibers, blended fabrics, especially for elastic fabric better.

5,  are recommended for printing within 24 hours after the transfer.

6, Storage: This product absorption ability, be sure to seal plastic bags stored in a cool, humidity less than 70% of the environment, and avoid direct sunlight.
