Dye sublimation inkjet printing technology is becoming popular in various personal and industrial applications. Sublimation transfer paper must be printed by sublimation ink, transfer rate highly to ninety-three percent, It with high quality graphic and best color retention, Adapts to polyester fabric, coated mug, ceramic plate, CD box, sports wear, mouse pad, pillow cae, advertisement flag and etc. Could not use on the 100% pure cotton textile, It suitable for the inkjet printer as Roland/Mimaki/Mutoh/Epson and etc.

Use heat transfer machine to transfer the photo on fabric and other materials.This is no pollution process without use of water or dyes stuff or chemicals in your work enviromental.

Be sure to use the sublimation transfer ink, the disperse dyes used for making ink, in a transfer temperature will produce sublimation and printing dyeing, good quality sublimation ink not plug the nozzle, vivid color, good stability.

Adjust the appropriate concentration of color: in the computer for adjusting color concentration, avoid ink too much is not easy to dry, after the adjustment need to check the heat transfer effect.

Adjust the right hot-pressing temperature and time: the temperature range of transfer printer machine is about180-230, time is about 10-30 seconds, in a formal mass transfer should be done before you decide the best parameters test;

When hot pressing close to the surface heat transfer necessary : In the heat, heat to face when hot pressing paper, printing surfaces must close to, can not have the space, can appear otherwise transfer printing graphic fuzzy phenomena.
