The cyclone of the booth
Double recovery system means cyclone and filter devices work together to complete the powder recovery,the qualified powder is collected in the hopper under the cyclone, the smaller powder blow to the filter to finish the last recycle.
Double recovery system has the following advantages:
1, most recovery is completed by the cyclone, therefore, greatly extending the life of the filter.
2,During the cyclone recovery process, the superfine powder is sent to the filter, and therefore superfine powder will not cycle between ultrafine spray booth and recovery system to avoid the effects of powder coating results.
3, more than 95% powder recovery by the cyclone, the filter need only recovery about 5% powder,avoid filers be blocked by powders.
4, The cyclone recovery system with self-cleaning function, cleaning is simple, convenient and quick change color.
