1.TECHNICAL DATA
The clamp saddle line has been designed for side ouputs on polyethylene pipes (PE)and it is available in the following of sizes:
Item XM-PP2024/2025 with single or double output. They have diameters for the coupling with Φ20 to Φ315mm pipes and threaded outputs (1/2" to 3"),provided with 2 and 4 bolts according to the diameters.
Item XM-PP2020/2023 with single or double output. They have diameters for the coupling with Φ20 to Φ315mm pipes and threaded outputs (1/2" to 4"),provided with 2 and 4 bolts according to the diameters.And melt grommet on the output threads.
2.SANITARY PRESCRIPTIONS
The clamp saddles line is fit for converying food fluids because its materials are confirm to the national and internatonal standard in force.
3.LAB TESTS
The high quality of the products is ensured by periodical quality audits,through strict lab tests,under the most severe testing conditions.
4.WORKING PRESSURES
The clamp saddle line allows a maximum working pressure from 4bar to 16bar.at a temperature of 20ºC.
