Heat treated steel strip category defined by steel strip has been processed by tempering/ annealing/quenching furnace. Additionally, hardened and tempered technique is a heat-treated process that strengthens steel strip through a controlled heating and cooling processes, this process has been improved mechanical properties and enhanced more tougher, more durable greater than the traditional annealing(used to soften steel strip). it is used in many applications:saw blade,springs etc.
Hardened&tempered steel strip/coil:
Width: 8.0-300.0mm; Thickness: 0.15-4.0mm; 44hrc<Hardness<52hrc;
Surface: blue/yellow/gray blue/black, polished or unpolished.
Edge: slit, round, square, Surface: bright.
Packing:
each coil wrapped with water-resistant compound paper,
then 10-13 coils bunched as a pallet with plastic film packaged then for standard seaworthy packing
