Thickness of the SKD inner case:7-10mm
Hardness of the SKD inner case:HRC56-58,similar to bimetallic,but Abrasion resistance is better than bimetallic!
The above barrel is SKD inner case conical barrel.As the barrel is conical,so need high technical,but we HUACHEN have masted sucessfully!
The worklife is better (at least) 2 times than groove bimetallic.But price now is reasonable.
Old product ---groove bimetallic,we are still processing,and the price is very cheap now.

The following two pictures will show you the bimetallic on the screw flights,we could spray two sections (not just extrusion),also the thin flights,we could spray bimetallic on.
After spraying bimetallic,we will process again like grinding,polishing,then put them in nitrigen oven for more than 120 hours (5 days). We have 3 nitrigen oven in our factory. The above picture is after nitrding,you could see the color.
And the following picture is after nitriding and polishing! After polishing,the surface will be smooth and bright.
