1.Introduction:
Dongfang can produce various sizes of hign chrome cast grinding balls to meet customers' needs. Those big grinding balls(φ60mm-φ130mm) are used to grind coarse materials,usually placed at the first chamber of ball mill.

3.Hardness:
The hardness of grinding balls varies with different dimeters and microstructure.The range of hardness for high chrome cast grinding balls is from 58 to 66.
4.Heat treatment:
The grinding media will be evenly heat treated to obtain required hardness and stable microstructure. Dongfang has oil quenching technology, air quenching technology and water quenching technology.
