I. Introduction
1. Application
JD650 Shell Core Shooting Machine is designed to make coated resin sand shell cores by adopting heat core box technology. In the process, the sand filling and compaction are completed at the same time, and the shell core would quickly hardened in the heat core box. It costs only 10-15 minutes to finish one circulation. Besides, the mould base will turn automatically 180 deg to empty the redundant sand to form the shell cores, which will help save about 40% of the coated resin sand and greatly reduced the labor intensity.
JD-650 Shell Core Shooting Machine can be used to produce sand cores of any complexity. All the shell cores made are of accurate size and are smooth in their surfaces.
2. Machine components
The machine consists of three parts, such as mechanical part, pneumatic part and electrical part. Material used in mechanical part is well-selected steel. Its main components are all made of world- famous brand. Eg.: The PLC Control System is of Siemens brand, the relay is of OMRON, and the AC Contactor is of SCHNEIDER.
