As the purification equipment of oil&gas drilling fluids solids control system, vacuum degasser actually is used to remove little invaded gas in drilling mud. It will be set between shale shaker and mud cleaner/desander. Vacuum degasser separates the gas that migrates into the drilling fluids by the function of vacuum pump and vacuum tubular tank. If the gases does not been separated from the drilling fluids, it may cause well kicked, and increase the total financial cost and timing cost of the drilling project.
