The refractometer takes sugar content readings in Brix instantly. This unit features automatic temperature compensation so you can take readings no matter what temperature the sample is at. Total scale is from 0 - 32 Brix with an accuracy of +/- 0.2° Brix. ATC function allows you to use the refractometer in an ambient temperature rang of 50-86° Fahrenheit(10-30 Celsius).
To use, apply 2-3 drops to the prism face, close cover and look through the eyepiece while aiming your refractometer at a light source.
