Fast cooling sterilizer for glass bottle infusion

Basic Function: This series of the equipment uses full steam as sterilizing medium. It is widely used in sterilizing and cooling operation of various glass bottle packed and soft bag packed transfusion products. Small equipment(500ml/500bottles) of this series adopts general sterilizing technique, and large/middle equipment (500ml/1000bottles) adopts special sterilizing technique for sterilizing glass-bottle packed transfusion products. The whole sterilizing process takes 60 minutes.

Main Body of the Equipment: Horizontal rectangle (round) structure; High-quality acid-proof stainless steel 304 inner chamber, stainless steel wiring-drawing plate for decoration case. The sealing door is double-door type auto-moving door or mechanical door or bar-supporting door(only for small equipment). It uses patent compressed-air sealing technology. The equipment has standard GMP Certification joint for users to certificate the equipment.

Control System: It is computer-control or PLC + touching screen system. It adopts temperature time and FO value double-monitor to ensure the sterilizing results. It has complete sterilizing record.

Pipeline System: The excellent system in the trade is used in the machine. It runs reliably and its service life is long. Its main parts are Burkert high-temperature air-operated valve, GRUNDFOS circular water pump, Siemens vacuum pump,etc.
