Description:

 

LCC410 is a kind of Compression Load Cell, it looks like a column, so it is called column load cell, the outside of load cell has a shell, which can provide a shielding for the load cell, Nickel plating, seal by welding, the dimension is very large (except the small capacities), so it has a bit weight, it is made of Alloy steel, but stainless steel is available.

The model LCC410 type is designed for heavy duty compression service,

It is available in the capacities 10t to 500t, its structure is very compact, easy mounting, its compact size makes the cell ideal for a wide range of applications including testing or weighing systems. Degree of protection reaches to IP68, which has the function of waterproof and moisture-proof.

LCC410 load cell can be used single or more sets together, single load cell can be matched with weighing indicator, converting what you want to, because the load cell itself output is mill volt(MV), it has to need an amplifier switch voltage or current.

The model LCC410 is suitable for a wide range of applications including testing, truck weighbridges, silo and hopper weighing, train “rail” scales, process weighing.
