Introduction
HYL-8 type grain sieving and food-throwing machine belongs to middle type grain sieving machine. It is used to eliminate leaves, bran hull, dust and flat grain in the grain. Its organic edulcoration rate can reach 90% and the inorganic edulcoration rate can reach 92%. It has many advantages such as its beautiful appearance, compact structure, easy mobility, distinct dedusting and edulcoration effect, low power consumption, simple and convenient usage and so on. Besides, you can change the screen cloth according to requirements of different users to sieve different materials. The machine is the first choice for national grain management departments, grain and cooking oil processing units and food storage services. Working principle
The grain is conveyed into feed hopper(1) by belt conveyor, and then flows from feed hopper to vibrating screen(2). The vibrating screen is a triple-deck screen .The grain on the screen cloths bounces forward. The first layer screen sieves out the big corn cobs, corn cobs with niblet and pebbles, and then the grain flows to the second layer screen. The stones and lumps smaller than grains can be sifted out and flow out from the third outlet(3). The grain on the second layer screen flows into the trash bin(4), and then the fan(5) blows out the dust and stive in the grain. Finally the net grain flows out from the discharge hole (6).
