Small universal shaft coupling use to pass axis movement in
the different line. it have four models. Such as WSD,WS,WSS
,WHL,WSL. Material : 45#steel. Stainless steel. 40Cr. The
surface can be black, nickel, zinc processing.
WSD coupling material: WSD cross axis use the Alloy steels
(40Cr,40CrNi,20CrMO,20CrMnVB).After heat, The hardness is
58～62HRC. Other parts adopts 35 or 45 steel manufacturing and
approved by heat treatment 48 ~ 1498 HRC. WSD coupling ends
connection forms:Both ends with same hole shape, there is a
cylindrical holes, take the keyway cylindrical holes, square
holes.At both ends by different hole shape, there is a
cylindrical hole with the keyway cylindrical holes, have
cylindrical hole with square holes, take the keyway
cylindrical hole with square hole
