Principle of an electrostatic spray process: using an electrostatic
powder spraying equipment (electrostatic spray dryer) powder coating to
the surface of the workpiece under the electrostatic effect, the powder
will be uniformly adsorbed on the surface of the workpiece, to form a
powder coating; powder coating the final coating layer is baked at high
temperature curing of the leveling, into the effect of different (the
different types of the powder coating effect); spray effect in the
mechanical strength, adhesion, corrosion resistance, resistance to aging
and other aspects superior to the painting process, cost under the
effect of spray paint in the same.
