Function introduction

 

It is designed as modern intelligent System, under the most advanced digital communications technology, with a variety of dispatching console, which has a number of national patent and software copyright registration. All-digital PCM and various types of external communication interface, integrated digital communications business, set function of voice, data and dispatching in one, is now the best equipment of communication or dispatching.

 

1.  Free number and One-key Call
In dispatching console, each key can be assigned for either internal or external number. It may control, make or transfer call expediently and rapidly, for one or multi-extensions, pressing one key for call override or forced off.

2.  Conference call
Support 120 phone users in conference call at one time; with arranged speaking from single or multi-phones, listening only and quitting can be by interior or exterior lines. (Exterior lines include Analog, 2M, E/M and Carrier etc.)

3.  Group Call
The console can make call for extensions in one group or groups by pressing one key in short time for dispatching.

4. Call hold
When incoming call arrives but the console is busy for another, operator can play music for caller and hold the call by pressing key of "HOLD".

5. Call Parking

When console is in a call but new call comes, operator can press assigned key to answer, the first call is parking and play music for caller. (option)

 

6. Call off

When operator transfers call to extersion but no one answers. The call can be off by operator and informs caller. (option)

 

7. Hasten to hang up
 When caller asked operator to forward call to extension user but destination was busy, operator would hasten it to hang up while caller heard music or ringing.

8. Force connection

Operator can answer the ringing call and inform caller when see it in console. (option)

9. Override
The internal or external call of extension can be override by operator, who would force informing extension.

10. Nighttime call forward:

In nighttime or cases,operator can forward all call to another or extension for dispatching when off-site. (Optional)

 

11. Call Recording
With the features of long recording time, large capacity and clear sound, the console can make record for phone call or conference call info PC's hard disk or special recording equipment.

12. Forced off 
The internal or external call can be forced release by operator.

13. Monitoring:

When A is in call with B, operator can monitor the call. (option)

 

14. The console display can show all extension status in pages, maximum for 1024 extensions.

15. Pick call up:

Operator can pick up the call if extension rings but no answer. (Optional)

 

16. Caller ID: 

The console display can show caller's phone number for either internal or external call. For touch screen console, shows word and number both in Chinese and English, also with windows pop-up.

17. Direct call(Hotline)
In emergency time, extension can make direct call to a certain console or one on-duty.

18.SOS call:

In mine if user press "SOS" key in Explosion-proof phone, will make direct call with console operator whatever. (option)  

 

19. One key call

Extension can dial one digit of number to call another, and a certain or on-duty console

20. Control authority:

Press switch to exchange control of all keypad. (option)

 

21. PA System
With multifunction PA equipmernt, the dispatching console, can broadcast for command, announcement in emergency case, and call to extension group or groups as need. (Optional)

 

22. Ringtong difference:

long tone for interal and short for external call

 

23. Alarm clock:

Operator can set alarm time for extension

24. PA intercom terminal (command station) System
Can filter out noise, and purify voice in high noise environment, communication calls in it can compete with in quiet environment indoor. It is effective for maximum background noise, up to 115dB. (Optional)

 

25. Multi-console stations
Single or more console stations can be assigned for dispatching areas under definition. Each console can dispatch for whole or individual area. (option)

26. Safe System with anti-chemical, explosion-proof
The terminals of SYSTEM can be connected with special phones of anti-chemical, and explosion-proof, for its working in the metallurgical, mining, coal, electricity etc. (Optional)

 

27. Managing System:

Can monitor realtime calls, off-hock and on-hook, call status of extenstion, , voice mail, failure, alarm clock and records, operator anthority management etc.

 

28. Call center and emergency call feature
SYSTEM can work with GPS (Global Positioning System), as call platform for 110, 119, 120 emergency services, and for commercial business of ticketing, logistics etc.

 

29. Both internal and external call Queuing
When first call incomes, first assigned extension rings, SYSTEM then start extensions queuing and ringing while second or third call in, to ensure balanced distribution of the business calls, and keep no call missing on busy lines.(Optional)

 

30. Wired and wireless automatic switching System
Customer can make Walkie-talkie connect with telephone lines via SYSTEM into local net, they can communicate over long distance, not only retains the advantages of wired phone, but also increase mobility. The long transmission distance, strong mobility, and easy to carry, low mobile costs, improve business efficiency, and provide a great convenience for mobile-office staff. (Optional)

 

31. Safety and protection against lightning
IF any extension port accidentally runs into voltage of 220, the SYSTEM will prompt automatic stop for protection, then recovery and work immediately after troubleshooting. It had passed through the test by National Quality Supervision and Inspection Center: made 1000V (high voltage) directly into the extension port and will not afford to fire.

 

32. Operation with power on
SYSTEM supports boards or parts load/unload under working within power on status, to facilitate daily maintenance.

 

33. Automatic secondary power System:
SYSTEM is equipped with the second switching power supply and 48V battery interface, under normal circumstances it automatically charges the battery. When the mains power off, the battery will discharge and make SYSTEM work by automatic switching.

 

34. Hot backup System:
When SYSTEM is in operation fails, the backup board will do fully automated hot backup work seamlessly, so that call will not be interrupted. (Optional)

 

35. Self-diagnose feature
SYSTEM diagnoses all failures online; the precision reaches a certain part or port if shortcut etc.

 

36. Do-Not-Disturb

Extension has function of DND for internal, external call or both.

 

37. Auto-recovery device

Self-contained diagnosis System would automatically reset SYSTEM when detected abnormal high voltage or tele-nets failures in time, saved parameters or call tickets while reset and clear fault.

 

38. Various incoming connection
SYSTEM interfaces can connect E1 digital trunk, China NO.1, China NO.7, R2, ISDN (PRI) singling; With E / M, the carrier, magnets, loop trunk, capable for loop to loop connection or tandem between the E / M and digital trunk, can be any network. (Optional)

One extension may have several numbers, this feature solve the trouble when SYSTEM connects with multi-telecom carriers.

 

46. Grouping for lines
Priorities according to needs of various departments, each group of extensions can be set to use its own lines, so that different departments use different assigned lines.

 

47. Incoming or outgoing only

Trunks can be defined as for incoming or outgoing only, to avoid incoming call's failure if they were occupied by extensions.

 

48. Strong redial feature

With multi-dialing System, extension user can redial freely both in DOD (Direct Outward Dialing) 1 and 2.

 

49. On/off duty auto-switching for levels
According to user needs, SYSTEM can work on duty under normal programmed service level, and automatically switch to another when off duty. (Optional)
