3. Cap: plastic screw cap, or pressing cap, crown cap etc...

4. Juice: apple juice or tea, juice with or without suspended pulp.

5. Production capacity: from 2000 to 30000 bottles/hour 500ml, or according to your inquiry.

Usage:
This apple juice filling machine is special used for grainy juice, and pulp juice bottling process.
It is consists of washing-pulp filling-juice filling-capping 4 parts (or separate)
Meanwhile, the pulp filler is piston filling type, It widely used for sauce and oil and other viscous material.
The filling capacity is 200ml-2000ml adjustable..

Juice filling machine characteristics:
1. Using the air sent access and move wheel in the bottle directly connected technology; canceled screw and conveyor chains, this enable the change of the bottle-shaped become easier.
2. Bottles transmission adopt clip bottleneck technology, bottle-shaped transform not need to adjust the equipment level, only change related the curved plate, wheel and nylon parts is enough..

4. High-speed large gravity flow valve filling valve, filling fast, filling accurate and no liquid lose.
5. Spiraling decline when output bottle, transform bottle shape no need to adjust the height of conveyor chains.
