2.Product detail
non magnetic drill collar
Based on API Spec.7 and SY/T5144, the spiral drill collars are made of 4145H modified chromium molybdenum alloy steel.
All threads are phosphated, copper zed or cold rolled. All threads machined with CNC Lathes Double shoulderd, including some special threads. The maximum outer diameter of drill collars can amount to 14 inch.
It is made from high-class low carbon stainless steel, and completely meets the requirement of API Spec 7-1 and SY/T5144 Standard. It has good low magnetic permeability, high mechanical property and perfect enduring intergranular corrosion cracking performance. It is mainly used for the inspection in the process of petroleum drilling, and the structure is the same with the ordinary drill collar.
