Introduction
The ball mill mainly consists of feeding, discharging, rotary part, transmission part including reducer, small transmission gear, motor, electronic control and so forth and other parts. The hollow shaft adopts steel casting and the lining can be replaced. The rotary body has wear resistant lining board with a good wear resistance. The machine is stable and reliable in working.
Working Principles
The ball mill is horizontal type and tubular running device and has two warehouses. The material can be sent into the first warehouse at a uniform speed by hollow shaft spiral.The warehouse has different specification of steel ball with ladder plate or corrugated plate. The steel ball can be carried to a certain height and grind the material when the shell rotates. Then the material is sent into the second warehouse and grinded again. Finally the material is discharged by spring plate.
