Introduction
The structure of titanium dioxide rotary kiln is similar to the rotary kiln in cement or Alumina industries. The kiln body made by steel plate and refractory lining has a certain angle with the horizontal plane. The machine is supported by three rectangular columns with three gearing. The main driving motor drives the kiln body by supplying the gearing with power.
The main working principle of titanium dioxide rotary kiln: the filtered titanium dioxide hydrolyte, filter cake, is sent into kiln end while the pure flam and hot air is blowing from kiln head. Hence the filter cake can be calcined and dehydrated to the fullest. Then the titanium dioxide hydrolyte will be move from high point to the low point in circular motion. Finally, it will be sent into cooler and form titanium dioxide products.
