Product features


1. Both have the reliability of original asphalt waterproof, and also have elasticity of the rubber ;
2. Good resistance to high and low temperature performance, it can adapt to all the year round;

6. The lap joint can use hot melting method, the seam sealing is reliable.

 

 

Scope of application


Applicable to industrial and civil architecture roofing and underground waterproofing engineering, the paint is suitable for low temperature environment of building waterproof project.

 

 

Construction process


(1).Brush primer glue: Purpose cleaning dust at the base plane,cut off the moisture at the base plane, increasing bonding capability of coiled material and base plane. Brush diluted neoprene or asphalt coating uniform coating on a clean and dry at the base plane surface with long brush handle,brush complex parts with paint, requiring no white and evenly. Before the next working procedure, it need to be dry more than 4 hours until non-stick foot.
(2). Additional layer: when glue coating operation is completed, firstly stick an additional layer in the key parts, such as drain, corner. Additional layer’s width is 4 mm.
(3). Stick the coiled material for hot melting:
It should be configured along the direction of coiled material, make coiled material direction to be vertical with water flow direction, it should be along downstream water slope direction when connect the coiled material.
Laid high across the roof, then laid the lower roof. First laid drainage were concentrated areas (such as drainage, roof, roof gutter), according to the level from low to high order laid.
Popup baseline on the grassroots , try to pave coiled material positioning. Heating the coiled material and grassroots' angle evenly with high-pressure spray gun, after waiting for coiled material surface melt, pave whole roll modified coiled material, rolling forward and make it bond on the surface at grass-roots surface.

Lapping width for the long edge of coiled material should be no less than 100 mm, short edge is not less than 150 mm, it is advisable to spill hot melt modified asphalt from the edge of the lap seam, then heating coiled m aterial's lap seam evenly by burner, using small float to wipe the side well
To sticking flat and facade coiled material waterproof layer. Should be stuck plane, then stick from down to upper, make the coiled material clingy with internal corner and should not be empty drum.
(4). Quality inspection and requirements:
Adopted by the technical performance indicators of modified asphalt waterproofing materials, audit and verification of quality products should be full of field sampling test report or other relevant quality documents.
Coiled material and coiled material lap seam must be bonded firmly, tightly closed. Not allow to have creases, holes, become warped edge layer and slip off, the leakage or other appearance defects exist.
Strong bonding between coiled material and wall, coiled material closed at the end of the head, must be          closed tightly.
Not allow appear leakage and spillage water phenomenon on coiled material waterproof layer .
(5). The finished product protection:
Construction personnel should wear soft rubber shoes, forbidden to wear hard shoes with nails. In the construction process, it is strictly prohibited to let other people enter the site.
Stacked material on the waterproof layer , should take and put down gently, and add wood pad.
All construction trolley's legs should do bandaging treatment, waterproof layer should set up temporary shelf, you should add board under the shelf, in case it will destruct the waterproof layer.
We should pay attention to product protection after the construction, it is strictly forbidden to stack heavy objects and with edges and corners and sharp spines  items on the waterproof layer  (such as steel, machinery, construction waste).
After the acceptance of the waterproof layer, pouring fine stone concrete or mortar directly on the waterproof layer as a rigid protective layer. We must prevent broken waterproof layer by construction tools when construction, such as the cart or iron.
If the construction of local membrane damage, should take appropriate remedial measures in time, in order to ensure the quality of the waterproof layer.

 

Packaging


Storage and transportation, different types and specifications of the products should be stacked respectively, should not be mixed. Avoid direct sun light and rain, pay attention to ventilation. Storage temperature should not be above 50 , standing storage, height is not more than two layers;
1. When transported by ship or train, coiled material must be standing, stacking height is not more than two layers. Prevent incline or lateral drift, affix a tarpaulin if necessary ;
2. Under normal storage and transportation conditions, storage period from the date of production for 12 months.
