This Automatic Powder Coating Plant system was designed to degrease, phosphate, chemically etch and rinse cast products prior to automatic powder coating. The products are loaded onto a continuous overhead bi-planer conveyors. This passes the product through the pre-treatment system and painting area and back to the unload area at a variable speed.
The Continuous Powder Coating Plant includes temperature monitoring of the degreasing fluids and ovens from a centrally mounted control panel, the system processes up to 1000 products per hour.
