Pillow pipe plugs
Pillow pipe plug referring to pillow style pneumatic pipe stopper manufactured form quality reinforced natural rubber and styrene butadiene rubber compound. With lightweight and flexible structure, they are easy to operate, store and perfect for large pipes with limited access.
Features:
With or without bypass for flow passing and testing.
Wide range of sizes from 24" to 108" in diameter.
Suit all materials of pipes such as concrete, plastic or iron.
More flexible for different sizes of pipelines, for example, a deflated pipe plug with the largest diameter of 108" can fit standard gully 24" × 24" in size. Normally, a standard pillow pipe plug can be inserted through an opening 1/3 the diameter of the pipe.
Suitable for different shapes of pipe including round, oval and elliptical pipelines.
Excellent resistance against abrasion, aging, corrosion and chemicals.
For bypass style pillow pipe plug, flexible built in 2" hose.
