Description
More than 0.3mm and regular spangle hot dip galvanized steel coils in all kinds of roof / wall decoration / various interior and exterior decorative materials, it meets any requirements of buildings. Hot galvanizing evolves from old hot dip method. The production procedures for galvanized plates mainly include: raw plate preparing→treatment before galvanizing→hot dipping→treatment after galvanizing→inspection of finished products, etc. the main characteristics of GI as follows:
- Even thickness and strong adhesion of zinc coating, without scaling, good corrosion resistance performance.
- Bright and clean surface, accurate dimensions, straight plate face, even and beautiful spangles.
- Passivating and oiling processing, without deterioration in short-term warehousing.
