1.wheel:
made from nylon,impact-resistance,non-staining,non-marking,corosion-resistance,abrasion-resistance and resistance to many aggressive materials.So these characteristics make nylon itself an ideal industrial wheel material and can adapt to rough,soft,scraps rolling surface.
2.roller bearing:
roller bearing,though its rolling work is not so perfect like ball bearing,it has its own advantage,bearing heavier loads.
3.Bracket:
jointed wheel with equipment,and bracket itself also plays a great role on loading materials.So bracket made material is very important.To improve load capacity, we use high quality zinc-plated pressed steel to make bracket.In this case,our 125mm Dia casters can bear 200kg loads(this is just conservative figures).
4.Application:

Casters from VERRO have one year quality warranty after ex-factory date.
VERRO will be responsible for all damages and defects from raw materials and the production process.
Defected casters identified by VERRO will be changed free of charge
(cost of freight and installation are not included).
VERRO is not responsible for damage caused by improper use,overload,modification,etc.
This warranty is for product itself and does not include other commitment which are
impressed or implicated.Compensation for defected products is free replacement of
the defected products only.VERRO is not responsible for other costs caused by accidents,
or other damage.
