Precautions In Winter:
- It should be started up 30 minutes in advance for preheating in an enclosed room of temperature kept over +5 .
- Ball Valves should be switched on slowly in winter to prevent pipes from freezing due to high-speed air-steam;
- Left fluid and moisture in equipment should be completely discharge as required at the end of each shift to prevent its parts from freezing or cracking(pay special attention to filter inner)
- During the process, when compressor starts again, please pay more attention to the pressure gauge whether it is in 0.25-0.35MPA, if less than the valve,indicating the problem of pressure relief valve or pip plug(impurities,icing),please cleaning up pipe or filter element.
