The SV shuttle valve allows the flow in one each direction and block the flow from the T port, there are a high strength stainless ball in the valve chamber to open and stop each in put pressure at A or B port. This design is better for high pressure with two alternative inlet pipe requirements, it is much convenient for hydraulic pipe installation without any cartridge cavity.
