Additional requirements

 

1, Pressures of oblique cylinder and clamping must be shown on pressure gauges and can be adjusted. The vertical cylinder speed also can be adjusted. There should be pressure gauges at hydraulic station and pressures can be adjusted as well.

2, Quenching treatment is made for one pressure wheel (mounted on the axle).

3, 15 forming wheels, those are, R30, R50, R100, R150, R200, R250, R300, R350, R400, R450, R500, R550, R610, R680, R750, whose material is high quality nodular cast iron with steel stamp, are also treated by quenching, bringing strong abrasion resistance and good gloss of dish ends after spinning.

4, Make sure clamping oil cylinder works normally.

5, Nut (for the screw rod) strength:Abrasion resistance should be in conformity with ZHA166-6-3-2 (aluminum brass), that is, 9-4 copper.

6, Main body section: inner height about 2900mm, total height about 4580mm

 

 

Dished end making process and other suggested machines:

 

1. CNC Gantry Flame and Plasma Cutting Machine

We use this machine to cut the plate. If small dish end, we can cut a whole circle directly, if big dish end, in order to save material, we usually cut two pieces, then weld them into whole circle.

 

2. Grinder

After welding, we use this small trolley to grind the welding joint and get flat material.

 

3.YGJ Φ 5200×30mm Pressing machine

Flat material is loaded into pressing machine. This machine’s piston rod of the master cylinder moves up and down to drive the upper tool to press the raw plate to become the required concave shape.

 

 

4. FBJ Φ5200×30mm Flanging Machine with toolings

we load this concave shape plate into next machine: dish end flanging or edging machine. The clamping frame functions as the fix and free rotation of dish ends. Pressure wheels make movements based on certain round arc and put force on the dish end blank to make it rotate constantly to form dish ends and make thickness reduction minimum to achieve the ideal state.

 

5. Edge trimmer

With flanging machine and pressing machine ,they composed to be a spinning machine unit. It is used to

cut dished end uneven edge.
