Our wheel type sand washing machine has a high capacity and a long service life compared with spiral type and other types of sand washing machinery. The de-watering wheel is after our special design. There are drilled holes on the de-watering wheel, so the water and the sand can be separated after the sand is washed.
The other advantage of our high capacity sand washing machinery is low maintenance rate. The reducers and bearings are properly positioned and protected after continuous improvement carried out according to the feedback from our customers, which warrants great economic payback from the sand mining and washing project.
