1The machine is mainly designed for drying fibers, the drying ability has nothing to do with the fabric weight, only related with moisture content.

Working principle

 

1, the feeding of the fabric from inlet to outlet is composed of five groups of active guideing rollers, the fabric has no tension in the transferring process. Because the continuous transmission of the driving guiding rollers, so that the fabric It is high possible to realize the high transfer effect and the continuity and automation of the whole process. The fabric of the line speed is decided by five groups of guiding rollers, DC synchronous adjusted motor transmission to controll the appropriate speed. 3, because the fabric channel corrugated waveform, and because of the friction force of the pipe wall and the shear stress of the hot air, that makes the gas flow show the same corrugation shape, so that the hot air caused a sine wave shock strongly in the round pipeline, the high velocity flow causes fabric wavy concussion and transfers to the fabric. Due to the concussion of fabric, flexibility, quality of the fabric improved and ensured, fabric to get loose lag fully.

 

4, hot air circulation is a ring flow in a single direction, a closed loop system (only a small amount of added), so the heating up fast, heat concentration and heat consumption, particularly the temperature in the inlet end is high, that can greatly improve the heat efficiency.

 

Structure features:
