2.Description
This machine is used for testing the battery safety performance,
it imitates a heavy force to the mobile phone with battery or just battery,
1. Use of battery impact tester
test the safety performance of the battery through the different height of different weight and different
stress area,according to the test rules,the battery should not ignite or explode.
2. Principle for battery impact tester
2.1 testing battery sample should be placed on a plane, with a diameter of 7.9 mm rod cross placed
in the center of the sample position, a 9.1kg weight from 610 mm height drops to the sample.each battery as long as bears a shock ,each test uses different samples.
2.2 place the battery sample on a flat surface and place a bar with a diameter of 15.8 mm(5/8 inch)
across the central position of the sample .A weight of 9.1KG or 10KG ±0.46KG (20 ± 1lbs)falls on the
sample from a height of 1000 ±25mm.
