Working Principle
Feed raw materials at the set ratios for each component based on the weighing measuring principle. The proportioning precision of all components are detected and controlled by the system program, and the self-adapting algorithm guarantee feeding precision.

1. The standard model can realize online automatic blending up to 8 components. This can reduce human error and labor cost.
2. It can be installed directly at the throat of an extruder. This can avoid material stratification phenomenon while secondary conveying process.
3. Adopted anti-interference filtering algorithm, our blender can achieve a high metering precision even when it is installed on an equipment with high mechanical vibration amplitude and high frequency.
4. It can be used in good working condition even under circumstances of strong electrostatic adhesion of material
5. Self-adapting proportioning control can automatically correct material charging error and precision error is less than 0.1%.
