SDJ series manually rail clamp device are compose of handwheel, screw, special nut and parts of clamp. The principle is: When the handwheel clockwise rotation, it drives screw rotating. Through the special nut drives rod clamp, when the middle of lower connecting down to rail, the special continue to down to make the rod clamp machine working. It makes the inside of the lower parts of clamps to the two sides of rail for keeping windbreak. When handwheel reverses rotation, clamp firstly release it. Handwheel continue to rotate to make connecting clamp lifting until the block of special nut knock off stroke limiter. This limiter is used to run, at that time you the power is on, the crane can run or the power is off, it can not run. This is used for locking the crane.
