High wear resistance performance and low consumption products:
a.Real elements, such as V, and Mo Ni, add in the casting process to increase the metal microstructures to improve the material wear resistance capability.
b.Feedback from our client mines for the trial testing. Our Cr, 10-12% grinding ball could achieve about 50% cost saving against with one international product's16% Cr in our client mine.
Long working life:
a.Our warmed machine oil technology could lead the hardness gap between center and surface is less than 1.5 HRC.
b.And also we utilize the control temper and control cooling technology.
c.All of these great improve the ball hardness anti –corrosion, impact value.
Customer design:
Flexible to design the grinding ball with reasonable hardness and impact value in a satiated the varies size grinding mills and different ores. Such as the force cooling grinding ball technology for the Cr 28 .
Microstructure Optimization:
We research and develop the different microstructure grinding balls as below :
a.M(Martensite) + S(sorbite)
b.M(Martensite) + T(troostite)
c.M + B (Bainite) or Baiite Grinding ball.
