Sand Making Plant contains vibrating feeder,PE-jaw crusher,pex jaw crusher,vertical shaft impact crusher ,vibrating screen,sand washing machine.the design capacity is from 50t/h to 500 t/h .
Working Principle of quartz sand production line:
raw materials are evenly dumped into jaw crusher by vibrating feeder for primary crushing. The coarsely crushed materials are conveyed to the impact crusher for further crushing (supposed raw material is soft stones) or are conveyed to the cone crusher for secondary crushing (supposed raw material is hard stone). Then, the materials are transmitted to the vibrating screen through belt conveyor and classified according to their different sizes. the qualified stones are sent to the stockpile by belt conveyor. Those unqualified stones are sent back to the impact crusher by belt conveyor and crushed again.
