Application of Highly Effective Vibrating Screen
Highly Effective Vibrating Screen is mainly used to screen the dry materials used for metallurgy, coal, ore, etc. The moving trajectory of the circular vibrating screen is approximate to a circle and it is a multi-layer and high efficiency new vibrating screen. It is widely used to make product classifying in mining, building materials, transportation, energy, chemical industry and other industries.
Performance characteristics
1. Highly Effective Vibrating Screen adopts cylinder postures eccentric shaft vibration Exciter and partial block regulating amplitude, which is convenient to use and maintain.
2. Highly Effective Vibrating Screen adopts spring steel woven mesh or perforated sieve-plate, which is of long service life and not easy to be blocked
3. Highly Effective Vibrating Screen uses rubber vibration spring, which has long service life, low noise and smooth resonance region.
The Highly Effective Vibrating Screen can be divided into three types, namely the YK series circular vibrating screens, YKR series circular vibration screen and YA series vibrating screens.
