Instruction:
Precise differential pressure is crucial for curing.
1. Automatic Curing Chamber adopt PLC to control curing time, temperature and pressure simultaneously, especially to monitor and control the differential pressure among tube, chamber and envelope.
2. There are two kinds of warning information, minor warning and serious warning. The minor warning remind operator to take action to avoid serious error. Warning information and curing curves can be filed for a long-term for quality tracing management.

The questions you may have:
1. Do you supply precure retreading(Cold retreading) process only? ------ Yes.
2. Could you inform the production capacity?-------- Mostly depend on the capacity of autoclave, 6 tires to 22 tires per time. Then it is about 300 tires to 1500 tires per month.
3. Is it easy to expand capacity?----- Sure, we will consider the expansion in layout designing, that you can add an autoclave easily.
4. How many workers will need?---- For standard plant(22tires autoclave), need 4to 5 workers per 8hour shift.
5. Can you provide training& installation?------- Sure, the service is free of charge.
6. Can you provide rubber materials and retreading tools? ----- We have tread rubber production by ourselves, and would like to buy all retreading tools for you.
