Principle of Single-layer washing thickener with central drive
The concentration tank of single-layer washing thickener with central drive is made of cement and steel plate with a conoid or flat base. There is a discharge bucket for discharging the concentrate in the center of base and a ring overflow tank in the upper side. The pulp is fed in and driven to rotate by the impellers, which can make the minerals and reagent fully mixed. The sediment in the bottom is discharged by the harrow scrapping continuously, and clean water overflows from the upside.
