The Around View Monitor1 is a support technology that assists drivers to park more easily by better understanding the vehicle’s surroundings through a virtual bird’s-eye view from above the vehicle. The Around View Monitor helps the driver visually confirm the vehicle’s position relative to the lines around parking spaces and adjacent objects, allowing the driver to maneuver into parking spots with more ease.
Technology Functionality
The Around View Monitor processes video from four cameras, displaying the composite footage on the screen as if there is a single birds-eye view camera right above the vehicle. This makes parking much easier.

How It Works
Around View Parking system uses four wide-angle cameras mounted on the car: one in front, one in back and two under each side mirror.
By Seamless Splicing Auto image mosaic Technology, the system links together all four camera views into a virtual 360-degree birds-eye view and display it via the in-dash screen(Not included) of your car.
It helps the driver visually confirm the vehicle's position relative to the lines around parking spaces and adjacent objects.
The system's split-screen monitor is intuitive. When you shift into reverse, it automatically features the rear camera view. When you shift back into drive, the front view pops up on the monitor. You also have the option of detailed side views.
Note: Please comfirm that there is a in-dash monitor or other LCD monitor which can input and display a PAL or NTSC video(RCA interface) in your car.
