Tubing are the company’s main products. The fabraication of thread uses full suite of digital - controlled lathe; The coupling tightening uses hydraulic machine with advanced digital- torsion meter; The company has four channel intelligent eddy current detector, maganetic particle detector, portable thickness tester and single thread measuring instrument, etc. The testing device for tubing hydrostatic pressure is controlled by computer and it has good monitoring capacity; Equipped with auto- coating device, auto-weighting legnth testing and stencil marking integral device to assure the product’s quality.
We possess two advanced upset tubing assembly lines, which can be used to the external upset shaping of plain-end tubing (J55, N80 and L80). This production line is totally automatic from feed-in to returned material; Owing to adopting advance second-forming artwork to upset pipe end, high quality product is guaranteed.
