5.1 Mechanical precision
- Levelness of top surface of base (test at the seller’s plant)≤0.1mm/1000 mm.
- Parallelism between bottom surface of cross beam and top surface of base(test at the seller’s plant)≤0.5mm.
- Verticality of upper vulcanization house movement≤0.25mm.
- Coaxality between upper and lower chucks of back air-charging device≤1.0mm
- Flatness of upper hot plate and lower hot plate≤0.1mm
- Coaxality between upper &lower hot plate and central organization (within scope of adjusting mold)≤φ0.2mm
- Repeatability of coaxality between upper hot plate and lower hot plate is ±0.15mm.
- Coaxality between central line of piston rod of segmental mold operation cylinder and central organization is≤0.5mm
- Parallelism between upper hot plate and lower hot plate is ≤0.04mm(Conduct lead pressing test when mold clamping force is at the maximum)
- When piston rod of central organization is listed to the limit position, verticality between it and top surface of base should be ≤0.25mm
- Verticality of column of tire mounting organization is ≤0.3mm/m
- Cylindricity of tire holder (when it is at φ508) is ≤0.5mmTIR
