Brief introduction
PCFK Series of Reversible Impact Hammer Crusher has advantages of both Hammer Crusher and Impact Crusher. It can break brittle materials of medium hardness, such as coking coal, anthracite, coal used for fluidized bed boiler of heat power plant, coal gangue, gypsum, alum, etc.
Working Principle
Materials enter crushing chamber from feeding hopper, and are impacted to wear-resisting toothed plates on inlet by high speed hammers, this is the first crushing process. Crushed materials with almost the same size enter the main crushing chamber for second crushing. Materials from main crushing chamber are impacted between toothed plates and hammers for many times, and discharged from the outlet. Final product size can be controlled by adjusting space between rotor and impact plates.
Hammer crusher is used for crushing medium hard materials with weak abrasiveness, and the compression strength of the materials to be crushed should not exceed 100MPa, and the water content should be lower than 15%.
The materials that can be crushed by hammer crusher include coal, salt, chalk, gypsum, tile and limestone and also fiber structure and broken wood and paper with strong elasticity and tenacity.
Reversible Impact Hammer Crusher combines the advantages of both the Hammer Crusher and Impact Crusher and is becoming more and more widely used in the recent years.
This series of Hammer crusher is applicable crushing of brittle minerals, such as coal, salt, plaster, alum, brick, tile and limestone with compression strength no more than 100mpa and humidity no more than 15%.
