12EL-AC drive wheel is a multi-purpose mechanism, which makes the power, the transmission and the brake integrated. The electromotor is arranged vertical with the drive shaft and they are connected by a two levels of gears decelerator. One level of the decelerators is the Gleason twisted bevel gear decelerates. So this device features with steady transmission, low noise and strong load capacity while operating.
Floating bearing and steering bearing which deal with screw hole in the outer ring are installed in top of the decelerator, which can be mounted to the frame parts by screws directly. Thereby, the driven wheel is very convenient to disassemble and assemble, to realize power steering operating.
When AC motor which has speed detecting and heat sensitive sensor matching with Electrically controlled equipment being equipped in the drive wheel, it will guarantee that the transmission can be frequency controlled and feedback. And also, it will make the power transmission reliable and safe, flexible to manipulate, wide range to regulate speed and save energy.
