Auto Hoist Hydraulic Power Unit
1. Description:
The power unit is designed exclusivly for lifting the disabled people's wheelchair when they are getting in or off a certain type of vehicles. As a typical power up gravity down hydraulic system, It is composed of high pressure gear pump, hand pump, motor multi-functional manifold, valve,tank,etc. With the hand pump and the mannal override release valve, the power unit can is available.
The counterbalance valve enables the tank,etc. With the hand pump and the mannal override release valve, the power unit can be operated ever if no electrical power is available. The counterbalance valve enables the wheelchair to lower smoothly.
Special Notes
1.The DC motor is of S3 duty, which can only be worked intermittentiy, ie., 1minute on and 9 minutes off.
2.Clean all the hydraulic parts concerned before mounting the power unit.
3.Viscosity of the oil shoud be 15~68 cst.
4.Mounte the power unit horizontally.
5.Check the oil level in the tank after the first star of the power unit.
6.Change test oil after the first 100 hours of using the power unit, then change the oil eveery 3000 hour.
